Infrabaker ® represents the total range of infrared ovens developed by Infrabaker International.
The ovens are designed to cook, color,melt, disinfect and/or mature a wide range of food products such as bacon, chicken,burgers, salmon, dough, vegetables, cheese ... And using the latest developments
also for round(ed) products.
The process does not require any other medium such as e.g. cooking oil, hot air, steam or thermal oil.

The direct radiation of the heat on the product results in a minimal loss of liquids and generally a higher yield than competing systems. Starting up and product switching times are practically non-existent. The infrared emitters reach their full capacity within seconds and cool down just as quickly. The emitters are self-cleaning and optionally a belt washing station can be integrated.

The Infrabaker® consists out of the following key modules:

Emitter modules which supply the required heat to the products.
The emitter module of the RC line is adjustable in height so that the optimal distance between the emitters and the product can always be achieved. (Shortly also available on the SC line)
Conveyor belt with servo drive to transport the products at the required speed. The RC line has a second servo drive to rotate the products for even processing

Thermostatic mixing valves

Thermostatic Mixing Valves are ideal for supplying sinks, baths, showers or lavatories with tempered water. The valves can be used in residential,commercial and institutional environments.

Thermostatic mixing valve with flushing

It is widespread practice to regulate the storage water temperature to above 60 °C and to circulate or distribute water at a temperature less than 50 °C. Water above these temperatures can cause scald injuries. Many countries, states, or municipalities now require that the temperature of all bath water in newly built and extensively refurbished domestic properties be controlled to a maximum of 48 °C Installing thermostatic mixing valves ensure that water is delivered at the required temperature, thereby reducing the risk of scalding accidents; it also reduces hot water consumption from a supply that is maintained at a higher temperature.
